In our 45-minute Beginner Mat Pilates we lay the foundation for your Pilates practice, giving you a solid base to move from. We teach how to keep yourself safe, and address the concepts such as.. how to activate core muscles, stress & tension, habits & postures, healthy movement, personal practice and more!  A solid foundation will set you in good stead to be able to experience the true depths of Pilates. 
 

Suitable for all fitness levels. Pregnancy friendly.
