Meet Danae

I am forever a student in the beautiful unfolding practice of yoga! My teaching background is in traditional Hatha, Yin yoga and more recently, Pre/Post-natal yoga. The physical practice is just one aspect in the overall picture of yoga. In a class with me you will always experience some form of traditional pranayama (breathing) and meditation along with the beloved sound of a singing bowl.

Being very passionate about the energetic body and alternative healing modalities, I practice reiki, relaxation massage, foot reflexology, and Gua Sha facials. I love inspiring the cultivation of calm and relaxation in others and helping to assist in healing of all kinds. It would be my absolute pleasure to share my knowledge, experience & passion for what I do with you!

Combining all natural Nalina beauty skin care with an intuitive holistic healing approach, using crystal Gua Sha tools releasing tension in the facial muscles whilst also nourishing the skin. Breathe deep, close your eyes & relax with our 1 hour & 45-minute Deep Replenishment Package. Enjoy a full body aromatherapy relaxation massage, Reiki, Gua sha mini facial, Indian scalp massage, Herbal tea and treat with Oracle card inspiration.

Finishing with a chat with Danae about your treatment and any relevant helpful information that may have come up in your treatment when looking at the energetic body.

Relaxation & Infrared Sauna Massage

Individualised Yin yoga session to suit your personal needs, a great start for beginners or those wanting to enjoy the healing and beauty in a personalised session. Combining the beautiful practice of Yin yoga and Reiki for a wonderful relaxing healing experience. 60-minute treatment. Price $95

Soul Nourishment (Reiki)

This treatment is created to work with and nourish your energy on multiple levels sending energy healing wherever it is needed at the time. Some of the potential benefits of energy healing are a reduction of stress, pain and discomfort in the body, improved sleep, increased relaxation, self awareness and clarity of the mind. The energy healing begins a discussion around your main concerns followed by a guided relaxation, gentle hands on energy work, chakra crystal alignment and scalp acupressure massage. 60-minutes treatment. Price $95

Booking Information and Policies

Please be informed all bookings have an 8-hour cancellation policy, please cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the 8-hours to avoid our cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 8-hours will incur a 50% of service price fee.

Booking availability: Wednesdays & Fridays from 11.30am onwards, weekends upon request.
