Our 60-minute Yoga Yin creates space for you to dive deep into soft breathes, gentle and powerful stretches teaching you to breathe through the discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

With the use of props to help support your body in this static class we will build to enhance mobility, release tight and tired muscles, and soften through our joints. Close your eyes, turn your energy inwards, and allow space for your body and mind to work as one.
