Styles of Barre classes

Barre (Open Level)

Our Barre open level class mixes elements of Pilates and Yoga using the ballet barre for balance & support. In each energising and targeted workout, you will use the barre and both specific pieces of Pilates equipment such as mini-balls, resistance bands and small hand weights to sculpt, stretch & tone your entire body! Barre classic is an upbeat and invigorating workout filled with fun and challenging sequences to get your body moving! Beginner & pregnancy friendly, suitable for all fitness levels.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a mix of traditional Mat Pilates exercises with elements of energising barre sequences. This class is great for individuals experimenting with barre for the first time or those who already enjoy traditional Mat Pilates but are wanting just that little bit more! Enjoy small cardio bursts on the barre paired with traditional mat exercises to get even the smallest of muscles burning! Barre Fusion is a fun, creative style of class using an upbeat playlist to keep you moving throughout the entire 45 minutes.
