Throughout our 45-minute Mat Pilates Intermediate class we explore the concepts such as muscle activation, movement patterns, neuro-muscular stabilisation, shapes, power source, breathing & further deepening the challenge in the body & its impact in daily living. This class is ideal for those seeking more from their practice in a supportive & enjoyable environment. 

Experienced bodies required. Not Pregnancy friendly.
